Daily Creation Science Prayer Requests for January - March 2008

Tuesday, January 1 - NEW YEAR'S DAY.  Thank God for new beginnings!  What a good day to begin reading Genesis!
Wednesday, January 2 - In this season of long nights and short days, let us truly appreciate the Source of light and truth in this dark and needy world.
Thursday, January 3 - Please pray for encourage-ment and inspiration for Creation Celebration families as they continue to memorize scripture. 
Pray especially for wisdom for parents.
Friday, January 4 - Please pray for meetings in Edmonton today through the 13th with Dr. Emil Silvestru of Creation Ministries International-Canada (CMI-C).
Saturday, January 5 - Pray that the presentation on the flood of Noah, made in an Indian Head church by Rudi Fast president of Creation Science of Saskat-chewan Inc. (CSSI), will result in the sharing of creation truth to many.
Sunday, January 6 - There is a need for staff at Bible Colleges to have discernment to understand the importance of Genesis.  Pray that students will be taught the truth.
Monday, January 7 - Citizens for Origins Research and Education (CORE) needs prayers for direction and vision that they may wisely and effectively minister in the Ottawa area.
Tuesday, January 8 - Please pray for safety and provision for Ian Juby (new president of CORE) as he researches and tours in the United States this winter with his traveling creation museum.  May he see seeds planted and souls saved.
Wednesday, January 9 - CMI-C will be holding meetings throughout the winter months in southern Ontario.  Pray that many would attend and learn.
Thursday, January 10 - Please pray for Dr. Margaret Helder and members of CSAA as they prepare a new issue of Creation Science Dialogue.
Friday, January 11 - Pray for Laurence Tisdall, president of the Creation Science Association of Québec (CSAQ) as he presents conferences in Portland, Oregon this weekend.  May the Lord touch many hearts.
Saturday, January 12 - Pray for Keith Miller with CSSI that God's peace and joy would be revealed to him through the various areas of life and ministry.
Sunday, January 13 - Remember in prayer those who hold positions of responsibility in government - federal, provincial and local.
Monday, January 14 - Pray for CSABC president George Pearce as he speaks to an assembly at King's School in Langley, BC today.
Tuesday, January 15 -  Please pray for Bernie Brandt (CSSI) regarding his many contacts and efforts to share creation resources.
Wednesday, January 16 - Pray for the Institute for Creation Research (ICR) as they relocate their ministry from California to Texas.
Thursday, January 17 - Pray that many listeners will be reached by the radio program 'Science, Scripture and Salvation,' produced by ICR and sponsored by CSSI, on CKSW 570, Swift Current, and CJSN 1490, Shaunavon Sundays at 5:00 P.M.  These programs also may be accessed at <www.icr.org>.
Friday, January 18 - Please pray for Ian Juby as he conducts a "Start Your Own Creation Ministry and Museum Conference" in Ohio this weekend.  May God bless abundantly.
Saturday, January 19 - Creation magazine is a source of information to many.  Pray for wisdom for staff as they choose and write articles for publication.
Sunday, January 20 - Pray that the Christian parents that you know will provide creation resources and discuss the topic of origins with their children.
Monday, January 21 - CSAQ asks for prayer regarding the wise updating of their website, the world's most visited French creation website!  May it bring glory to the Creator. <www.creationnisme.ca>
Tuesday, January 22 - Please pray for Roger and Myrna Oakland as they make significant decisions regarding their ministry of Understand the Times (UTT).  Pray for the Lord's peace and protection for them.
Wednesday, January 23 - Steve Lockert (CSSI) has prepared a number of presentations that show the scientific evidence for creation.  Please pray for open doors to speak to teachers, students, and the public.
Thursday, January 24 - Thank God for pastors who are faithful to teach the truth from scripture regarding creation.  Pray that others will recognize that it is foundational to the Faith.
Friday, January 25 - Missions Fest Vancouver begins today.  Pray that God will use the CSABC vice president, Richard Peachey and president George Pearce as they make presentations to youth and children.
Saturday, January 26 - Pray that CSSI directors Dennis and Nathan Siemens will have wisdom to know how to promote creationism in Prince Albert and area.
Sunday, January 27 - Pray that the radio program 'Science, Scripture and Salvation,' being aired in Boissevain, Manitoba, will find support and many listeners. (CSM)
Monday, January 28 - Please pray for God's direction for David Lashley, a CSABC director.
Tuesday, January 29 - Praise God for ICR scientists who have conducted scientific research projects, pro-viding further demonstration of the truth of scripture.  Pray for them as they design and carry out other projects.
Wednesday, January 30 - Pray for Alex Scharf with Creation Science Manitoba (CSM) as he teaches school this year in Fort Simpson, NWT.  May he be a blessing in that community.
Thursday, January 31 - As this high school semester closes and a new one begins, pray for both teachers and students.  May they become exposed to resources that would help them find truth.

Friday, February 1 - New CSSI director Josh Munan asks prayer that the Lord would continue to give him opportunity to defend the Genesis account of creation in the Vanguard area and southwest Sask.
Saturday, February 2 - Pray that the Answers in Genesis (AiG) magazine, called Answers, would be beneficial to readers and that articles would be wisely chosen.
Sunday, February 3 - Pray that Christian students in secular colleges and universities will become wise to the errors and deceptions of the world, and will stand strong in their faith.
Monday, February 4 - CORE wishes to construct a permanent creation museum in the Nation's capital.  They need open doors, divine guidance, leadership and funding.
Tuesday, February 5 - Pray for Vance and Korelei Nelson of Red Deer (Creation Truth Ministries) as they respond to opportunities to speak about creation.
Wednesday, February 6 - Pray that God would change the minds and hearts of many in the scientific and education communities who presently hold to faith in evolutionism.
Thursday, February 7 - Please pray for strength and joy for Garry Miller (CSSI) and his family in their many facets of creation ministry, including two major outreaches this month.
Friday, February 8 - Julien Perreault, vice president of CSAQ, and his wife Natasha continue to hold creation conferences.  Pray that this witness will be effective.
Saturday, February 9 - Please pray for God's blessing and help for CSABC director Hal Neufeld.
Sunday, February 10 - CREATION SUNDAY.  Pray that people will see the connection between the Biblical account of creation and their everyday lives.  Praise God for all those who are preaching creation truth today.
Monday, February 11 - The Creation Science Association of Atlantic Canada (CSAAC) needs wisdom in planning outreach in their area.  Pray for God's anointing on their leadership.
Tuesday, February 12 - Pray that CSSI director Rob Gottselig's witness will be blessed as he shares creation information with many people in Regina.
Wednesday, February 13 - Pray for Ken Ham and the Answers in Genesis ministry.
Thursday, February 14 - VALENTINE'S DAY.  As society thinks of expressing physical/romantic affections today, pray that people will consider the Source of all true love, who gave His all to show His love for us.
Friday, February 15 - Richard Fangrad (CMI-C) will have meetings this weekend at NBBI.  Pray for open hearts and good success.
Saturday, February 16 - Please pray for the president of ICR, Dr. John Morris, that he will have wisdom and understanding as he leads this significant ministry.
Sunday, February 17 - Uphold Sharon and Bob Foreman (CSSI) in prayer this week as they make final preparations for the Creation Celebration in North Battleford this coming weekend.
Monday, February 18 - Please pray for ideas, strength and help as Pastor Don Taylor prepares science activities for children at the Creation Celebration.
Tuesday, February 19 - Pray for Sheila and Tonya Taylor, who also contribute in many ways to the Creation Celebration.  May God continue to give them heart for this intensive work.
Wednesday, February 20 - Please pray for Richard Fangrad as he again prepares for meetings at NBBI on Feb. 22-24.  May students be enlightened.
Thursday, February 21 - Please pray for members of CSAA as they prepare to staff a booth at the Missions Fest Conference in Edmonton this weekend.
Friday, February 22 - Please pray for traveling mercies as families gather for the Creation Celebration in North Battleford, Saskatchewan.  Pray too for warm fellowship among the families.
Saturday, February 23 - Pray for those young people at the Creation Celebration today who recite creation scriptures and answer quiz questions, that their lives would be positively impacted.  Pray that parents would be encouraged by this day.
Sunday, February 24 - Pray that your pastor(s) will recognize the foundational importance of special creation (Genesis and elsewhere in the Bible) and will teach your congregation the same.
Monday, February 25 - Please pray for the needs of the youth of Canada, and especially for those in your sphere of influence.
Tuesday, February 26 - Pray that the message of Roger Oakland's book Faith Undone will help many to recognize error and call many back to the truth of scripture.
Wednesday, February 27 - Pray for the group of men that make up Berean Truth Ministries in Regina, that their efforts would be fruitful for eternity.
Thursday, February 28 - Pray for Saskatchewan Home Based Educators (SHBE) president, Doug Schmuland as he prepares for their conference this weekend.
Friday, February 29 - SHBE families gather today and tomorrow in Regina.  Please pray God's blessing on parents as they visit CSSI's book table, that they will find useful resources.  Pray, too, for the Garry Miller family as they man the book table and interact with parents.

Saturday, March 1 - Please pray that the debate on You Tube with Laurence Tisdall (CSAQ) will continue to touch many thousands.
Sunday, March 2 - CORE is planning a creation event with Ian Taylor this month.  Ask for the Lord's leading and blessing.
Monday, March 3 - Please pray for members of CSAA as they prepare for their spring program, including the Alberta Home Educators' Conference in April in Red Deer.
Tuesday, March 4 - Remember Dennis Kraushaar (CSSI) as he plans for outreach events in the Regina area.
Wednesday, March 5 - Pray for God's direction on the plans of Laurence and Lucie Tisdall for two creation outreaches to French-speaking Europeans in 2008.
Thursday, March 6 - Thank God for the members of the Creation Research Society (CRS) as they have courageously served their Creator for many years.  May the Lord bless and expand their ministry and outreach.
Friday, March 7 - Ask God to touch people in the media so that creation science might receive a reasonable and fair hearing before the public.
Saturday, March 8 - Please pray for wisdom and a productive gathering as CSSI board members meet today.  Remember the fellowship supper and evening service as Rob Gottselig shares about his recent trip to the Holy Land.
Sunday, March 9 - Thank God for Harry Nibourg and the others involved with the Creation Science Museum at Big Valley, Alberta.  Ask the Lord for continued protection and strength as they challenge the establishment's worldview.
Monday, March 10 - Pray for Sabrina Fast, who maintains the membership list and sends out renewal notices for CSABC.
Tuesday, March 11 - Pray for Expanding Youth Ministries (EYM) and Jim Gregor as they continue to share the evidence for creation in the schools of Saskatchewan and Alberta.
Wednesday, March 12 - New leaders in CORE are promoting creation in various ways: letters to the editor, school curriculum ventures, and public speaking.  They ask prayer that they may be wise and effective.
Thursday, March 13 - Ian Juby (CORE) plans to produce weekly creation programs in Canada for adults and children.  Please pray for funding and for open doors to broadcast the programs.
Friday, March 14 - Pray for wisdom and help for parents as they seek to guide their children spiritu-ally.  Pray that they will expose them to the creation message in the scriptures.
Saturday, March 15 - Thank God for mission organizations around the world that are based on the whole of scripture (including creation) as they seek to reach those who are lost.
Sunday, March 16 - Pray for camp directors as they plan to include creation teaching in their programs for this summer.
Monday, March 17 - As many people wear green today, let us consider how we can be wise stewards of God's creation.
Tuesday, March 18 - Pray for John Hoess (CSSI) that he will find ways to share creation materials in the Melfort area.
Wednesday, March 19 - Ask God to open minds and hearts to His truth as creation resources are distributed and read by many.
Thursday, March 20 - Pray that the world-class creation museum run by AiG in Kentucky will continue as a mighty testimony to creation and our Creator.
Friday, March 21 - GOOD FRIDAY.  As Jesus gave His life for us, may we be inspired to yield our lives to Him.  Thank Him that we may be free from the penalty of sin!
Saturday, March 22 - The Alex Scharf family (CSM) is now sponsoring 'Science, Scripture and Salvation' on the Steinbach radio station.  Pray for other supporters and for effective outreach of this venture.
Sunday, March 23 - EASTER SUNDAY.  "He is risen!"  "He is risen indeed!"  Because He lives, we shall live also.  Praise and thank Him!
Monday, March 24 - Please pray for the members of CSAA as they prepare for a visit by Dr. Kurt Wise to Edmonton on the Oct. 18 weekend.
Tuesday, March 25 - As people share creation resources with those around them, pray that God by His Holy Spirit will open minds and hearts to His truth as revealed in the Bible.
Wednesday, March 26 - Pray for Don Hamm (CSSI) and his family as he shares creation information in the Eastend area.
Thursday, March 27 - CORE wants to plan a major creation convention later this year or in 2009.  Pray for Divine wisdom and direction in this endeavor.
Friday, March 28 - The Manitoba Home Schoolers conference is being held in Winnipeg today and tomorrow.  Pray for the Scharfs and Feakes as they man the CSM book table.
Saturday, March 29 - Pray for Margaret Helder and CSAA as they plan another issue of Creation Science Dialogue.
Sunday, March 30 - Please pray for CSAQ for opportunities to clearly present the creation message on TV and radio in Québec throughout 2008.
Monday, March 31 - Please pray for a good interest in the CSABC summer camp this year.
